Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping

We will ship anywhere that USPS first class package allows. This includes over 180 countries. You can find the list of countries that they might not ship to here.

All of the prices are flat-rate and automatically calculated at checkout. If you have any problems with your shipping price, you can contact us at [email protected]  

For all domestic shipments we use USPS first-class package or a 1-3 days shipping time equivalent. 

For all international orders we use First-Class Package International. Wait time is approxiamately 2-4 weeks, but can take longer due to customs. 

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days of order placement, but can take up to 7 days. Please contact us if a week has gone by and your order has not shipped. 

You will reiceive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.



Refunds and Returns

Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days if they are in the same condition that they were sold in. Only mousepads still sealed inside of their plastic sleeves can be returned. Buyer will pay return shipping. Refunds will be processed through their original payment method and do not include original shipping charges. 

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us.

 

Preorder

 All sales for preorders will be going towards funding. This means that we do not have the mousepads in hand. Mass production will start when the preorder ends on December 15th and then they will be shipped via sea freight  (25-35 days). They will then be shipped from our US warehouse via the shipment method you chose. US buyers can expect their mousepads late January and International early February.
